Darrell was raised in Botetourt County where he met the love of his life, Patricia (Trish). They were married on July 23, 1988 and have two sons, Logan and Blake. Darrell was called to the ministry late in life after obtaining secular experience in mechanics, custom homebuilding, insurance sales, and truck driving for a fortune 500 company. These many facets of secular employment have readied him to connect with people from all walks of life. He received a Diploma of Theology from The John Leland Center for Theological Studies in the spring of 2012. He enjoys riding motorcycles and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ through evangelism, preaching and teaching wherever the opportunity arises. "There is no greater joy than seeing the lost come to the knowledge of the saving grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."
